Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Caitlin has always been focused on optimal health. Cooking whole foods everyday and maintaining an athletic lifestyle from a young age as a swimmer. She loves to be outdoors, taking her Great Dane, Rogue, on hikes and camping when the weather permits. She has worked in the birth community as a Birth Assistant to a Midwife and she is a birth Doula as well as a Placenta Encapsulator, helping mothers to have safe and natural birth experiences. Suffice it to say that because of this background she is very wholistic when it comes to helping families to be healthy.

At Fresh & Folded we make our own natural cleaning products with ingredients like; vinegar, baking soda, castile soap, hydrogen peroxide, essential oils, citrus and water. We buy in bulk whenever possible, recycle our empty containers, and clean with reusable towels which are then laundered with natural detergent. Our top of the line bagged vacuums have HEPA filters which are rated as the #1 type on vacuum for allergy sufferers. To qualify as HEPA by US government standards an air filter must remove (from the air that passes through) 99.97% of particles. We also use top of the line steam mops to deeply clean and sterilize floors without the use of chemicals.
